Providing 24x7x365 Level 1 and Level 2 support for all Bank of America Servers and acting as a central point of contact to various business partners. Monitoring all BOA Production (Mainframe & Midrange) servers and applications, report and escalate problems when necessary, and troubleshooting production issues.
