I am a team player and love to work in a team environment, I am a fast learner who is always willing to learn more in each challenge I come across.

I am competent with computers and with customers as I feel that each customer should have the VIP treatment in all situations.

I have a can do attitude and a positive smile all year round.

Skills

• Good Verbal and communication skills
Working with customers I have developed my telephone manner further and also dealt with customers via written - eg quotes, emails, and letters.

I have also helped customers in the shop with their enquiries on products or our services.

I have also dealt with irate customers to help them resolve an issue, or a problem with their orders.

• Contact Lenses
In previous job my role included dealing with customers and the optometrist with contact lenses, this includes enquiries on eye strengths and base curves, comparing brands to suit the customer’s needs, sending contact lenses to the customers.

• Cash Handling
In the shop when customers purchase items I have dealt with cash, eftpos, credit cards (including manual payments) and can confidently give the correct change.

• Suppliers
Have communicated with suppliers to find out product information, if products are still available, best deals and also ordered stock from suppliers.

• Data Entry
I am a fast typer with an average of between 55wpm and 60wpm. I am observant in the details I am entering.

• Computers
I have a reasonable knowledge of computers, I know my way around a computer and most programs like, Microsoft Office, Microsoft works, Outlook, Toniq, ISAMS.

I can save documents, use keyboard shortcuts, take projects/documents and make them look professional etc.

• Beauty Orders
I have organised deliveries for customers who have ordered items off the Raspberry beauty website, this included some enquiries on products that if I didn’t know I went to the supplier to get the information, I charged credit cards, Organised gift wrapping and shipping of the items either from the supplier or from Pharmacy Direct.

I have managed a team before in 2 of my previous jobs, this included the following,

Problems within the job - I have advised the person involved and depending on the situation have shown them the correct product or documents.
