modified with HTML tags to provide a range of editiing options
upgraded to include a Jobfill-designed background to enhance the visual implact of your ad.
upgraded to include your company logo (free if selected as a listing upgrade)

or you may wish to upload a fully customized pre-designed ad that includes your logo. Accepted formats are pdf, gif, anim gif,jpg, png.

Listing

All ads matching a search criteria defined by Jobhunters is presented as a summarised listing to Jobhunters. The listing provides information Jobhunters will use to decide if your ad is relevant.The ad listing is free and can be upgraded to include features designed to capture a bigger audience. These options include a background hi-lite to make your ad stand out; the option to add extra categories to multiply the inclusion in search; the option to brand your listing by including a logo.

Logical Gate

A logical gate is a way to fast track the discovery of suitable candidates by restricting applicants to apply for your job online through jobfill by adding questions to the online application form that applicants are required to answer within a word character limit that you set. The answers submitted by applicants provides a time-saving first-step means for isolating suitable candidates.

Profile

Posting a text profile on Jobfill is FREE. Text Profiles can be:

CV Search

Jobfill provides free access to the CV database. CV's of interest can be saved and viewed later from registered users My Accounts area.

Email Alerts


You can request immediate notification to be sent via email of when a cv of interest is posted.

Global reach

All ads are placed on Google and twitter, giving your ad a global reach. Your employer profile is also added to Google.

When you post your ad, it is immediately added to the file on this site used by google to display search content. Your ad may appear on google search within a 48hrs, but allow for longer depending on googles indexing cycle. The screenshot on the right shows a test example of an ad placed on google. Your job ad is also immediately posted on twitter. Your job ad is listed on both the specific job category twitter page and the general jobfill jobs page. These jobfill tweets of your ad is also added to Google by twitter (2). Your ad is also added to the jobfill home page that lists the three latest jobs.
