Responsibility for payment: If you select any services on this website for which charges apply, you shall be deemed to have accepted the relevant charges payable and agreed to be responsible for such charges.

Credit card payment: If you select payment by credit card, you agree and represent to Jobfill that you are the person responsible for the credit card used and accept responsibility for all charges made on or for this website on that card.

No cash refund of credits: Jobfill does not provide any cash or other monetary refund of any credit on your accounts.

Expiry of credits: If there has been no activity (including logging in) in relation to your account for a period of 24 months, any unused credits on your account will automatically expire without notice being given to you.

No interest payable by Jobfill: No interest shall accrue or be payable in respect of any credits on your account.

RESEVATIONS AND OTHER RIGHTS

Right not to publish: Jobfill is entitled to not publish on and/or permit to be sent though this website any content and/or materials, including anything that Jobfill (in its sole discretion) considers inappropriate, unsuitable for this website, indecent, offensive, objectionable, defamatory or breaches any law. To avoid doubt, Jobfill remains not responsible for any content and/or materials published on and/or permit to be sent though this website.

The foregoing does not apply to paid ads.
